We build tools for dependable, human-level conversations. Protecting your data and giving you control over it is a core part of that mission.
We collect account details you provide, telemetry about product usage, and conversation metadata needed to run your agents. Audio and transcripts are processed only to deliver the services you configure.
Data is used to operate the platform, improve reliability, and provide analytics. We do not sell your data. Access is limited to authorized team members with strict logging and retention controls.
You can request deletion, export your data, or restrict processing at any time. For enterprise workspaces, redaction and PII vaulting are available to keep sensitive information out of logs.
