Terms of Service
Effective August 9, 2026. These terms include the Shaindy service, its ChatGPT plugin, and the Paralegal Email Desk.
Agreement and eligibility
By using ScaleMe, including Shaindy, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Shaindy is for adults age 18 or older. A parent, matchmaker, or trusted helper may assist an adult only with that adult's authorization. Do not impersonate another person or create a profile for a minor.
Your account and information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account or connected channel. Provide only information you are authorized to share. Keep credentials and devices secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use.
Shaindy profile and consent controls
Shaindy helps you create and review a shidduch profile, save preferences, control consent, mark a profile ready, and request that an introduction workflow begin. Profile readiness is not permission to share your profile or contact card. You may change preferences, pause the workflow, or revoke future sharing consent.
Introductions are not guaranteed
ScaleMe does not guarantee a suggestion, introduction, match, relationship, compatibility, identity, background, safety, or outcome. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we do not conduct background checks or independently verify participant statements. Use your own judgment and appropriate community and personal-safety practices.
Respect for other participants
Information received about another participant is confidential and may be used only to evaluate the intended introduction. Do not publish, sell, scrape, harass, threaten, or distribute participant information. Even so, ScaleMe cannot prevent a recipient from copying, saving, screenshotting, or forwarding information after it is disclosed.
Supported actions
The Shaindy ChatGPT plugin does not display other participants, recommend matches, share contact details, send messages, or create groups. A request to begin an introduction changes private workflow state only. Any later communication or disclosure occurs through a separate, applicable consent process.
Paralegal Email Desk
The Paralegal Email Desk connects to Outlook with Microsoft Mail.Read permission and does not send email. It uses model-assisted triage to identify candidate dates, summaries, and supported draft suggestions from selected message text. Its output may be incomplete or incorrect, is not legal advice, and does not replace the source message, an official docket, or professional judgment. An authorized human must review every candidate date and draft before relying on it or sending any response. Pausing the Desk stops new triage passes but does not revoke Microsoft access; revoke access through your Microsoft account controls. Pausing or revoking access does not automatically delete records already created by the Desk.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful conduct; spam; unauthorized surveillance; credential theft; security testing without permission; or attempts to access another participant's data. Do not interfere with the service or bypass safeguards.
Third-party services
The service may rely on third parties such as Microsoft, OpenAI, Supabase, Railway, and Meta/WhatsApp. Their products are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. ScaleMe is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Fees and purchases
If you purchase a paid ScaleMe service, the price, billing interval, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms shown at purchase apply. The Paralegal Email Desk calculator is a planning estimate, not a quote or bill; any value-share terms must be separately agreed. The Shaindy ChatGPT plugin does not sell digital goods or subscriptions inside ChatGPT.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect users, comply with law, or maintain security and reliability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, risk to participants or the service, legal requirements, or nonpayment. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated here. ScaleMe is not a dating adviser, therapist, clergy member, legal adviser, or emergency service. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
