These terms outline the acceptable use of Agentic and the commitments we make to keep your agents reliable.

Using the platform

You are responsible for content and prompts provided to your agents and must comply with applicable laws. Do not use the platform to send spam, abuse telephony services, or harm users.

Accounts and billing

Workspaces are billed according to the plan you select. Usage-based charges, such as minutes beyond included allotments, are invoiced at the published rates unless otherwise agreed.

Security and availability

We maintain safeguards to protect your data and target high availability for voice and chat services. Planned maintenance and incidents are communicated promptly to workspace owners.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service. Upon termination, you can request data export subject to retention limits.

Support

Support is provided through our help channels and, for enterprise plans, dedicated contacts. We work with you to address issues that materially impact your agents.
