What to include

  • The service and channel you used, such as Shaindy in ChatGPT.
  • A short description of the problem and when it happened.
  • Your account email or phone number, if relevant.
  • A screenshot with unrelated personal information removed.

Do not email passwords, verification codes, government identifiers, another participant's private profile, or unnecessary sensitive information.
